Call and Triage
You describe the symptoms, we ask the right questions: no hot water at all, or just not enough? Leaking from the tank or from a fitting? Pilot out? That call takes five minutes and tells us which parts to load. For emergencies we dispatch immediately, day or night.
02
On-Site Diagnosis
A licensed plumber tests the unit with a multimeter and pressure gauge, checks the heating element and thermostat, inspects the T&P valve, and looks for tank corrosion with an inspection camera. This takes 20 to 40 minutes and pinpoints the actual failure instead of replacing parts on a hunch.
03
Written Price, Your Call
We lay out what failed, what the repair costs, and how it compares to replacement if the tank is near the end of its life. You get one flat number. If repair is the right move, we start. If replacement makes more sense, we say so and quote that too.
04
The Repair
We drain and isolate the unit, swap the failed component, flush sediment out of the tank bottom, and reassemble with new dielectric unions where needed. Element and thermostat jobs run about two hours; anode rod or dip tube work can stretch to four. We test the unit under pressure before we call it done.
05
Test, Clean, Walkthrough
We refill, purge air from the lines, fire the unit, and confirm the water reaches temperature at the tap. Then we show you what failed, what we replaced, and how to keep it running. Floors get wiped down and old parts leave with us.
